Casio Announces Keyboard Power Adaptor Recall
Model: AD95 / AD95BP / AD5: 2016 manufacture
Date Code: 1601 to 1612
Defect: In some cases, the adaptor may split apart resulting in the exposure of electrical components.
Hazard: This could potentially result in electric shock.
Casio assures that the distributor Shriro Australia will replace all adaptors with the above-mentioned manufacture date range. Follow these instructions:
Retail store stock
Please carefully check all your stock of adaptors, remembering there are adaptors inside the carton of many keyboard models as well as separate adaptors.
Send an email to the dedicated retailer recall address firstname.lastname@example.org with an exact list of your identified recall stock. Include a purchase order for exactly the same quantity of replacement adaptors, at the usual price. Shriro will arrange to send you replacement adaptors, listed on an accompanying invoice. Shriro's Claims team will contact your store and issue an RA number for the return and credit of the recalled adaptors.
